REFUND POLICY

Last updated: [Month Day, Year]

Devon Foster Sound values transparency and fairness in all client relationships. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services rendered.

Services

Due to the nature of creative and audio services, all services are considered non-refundable once work has begun. Time, labor, and creative effort are required immediately upon the start of a project.

Deposits

Any deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Deposits secure time, resources, and availability for a project.

Project Changes and Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client before work has started, the deposit may be used for another project in the future at the discretion of Devon Foster Sound, excluding any administrative or preparation costs. Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress services.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances where services were not delivered as agreed. Any such consideration will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Contact

If you have questions regarding this Refund Policy, please reach out using the contact form to discuss your situation.
